Our Team

We have assembled a team of professionals ready to help you with any project. On staff, in our Saratoga Springs office, you will find designers, programmers, front-end developers, and customer support representatives. All projects are handled in-house, with minimal outsourcing and no off-shoring.

Beth Moeller,
Owner

Beth Weise Moeller, owner of IMC, has spent more than 20 years researching the best way to organize and present electronic information for the greatest impact. Beth holds a BS in Physics and Technical Communication from Clarkson University, an MS in Technical Communication from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a PhD in Communication & Rhetoric from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.  Her PhD research concentrated on the design of multimedia user interfaces for learning.

Beth is a Senior Member of the IEEE and a Past-President of the IEEE Professional Communication Society. She is a 2003 graduate of Leadership Saratoga and currently serves on the Leadership Council for the School of Arts and Sciences at Clarkson University and as President of the Board of Directors at Home Made Theater.  She is a Past President of the Board of Trustees for the Saratoga Independent School. Beth has also spent time volunteering at Saratoga Central Catholic, coaching Odyssey of the Mind teams and helping with theater events. Her latest project is the founding of The Innovation Center at Saratoga, Inc., a makerspace, artist incubator, and rapid prototyping center in Saratoga Springs. She currently services as President of the Board of Directors.

In 2002 Beth was named one of the 40 Under Forty by The Business Review of Albany, NY. In 2004 she was awarded the Emily K. Schlesinger Award for Service to the Society by the IEEE Professional Communication Society. In 2008 she received the Woodstock Award from the Clarkson University Alumni Association, recognizing personal achievement and loyalty to the university. In 2013, she received the Charles Ehrlich Award for Alumni Admissions work at Clarkson University.

Fun Fact: Beth plays the flute in the Ballston Spa Community Band and is a college hockey fan.

Nathan Dickerson,
Web Developer and Technical Support Specialists

Nathan is part of our Customer Support Team. He often answers the phone, handling email and WordPress questions as well as making content updates. Nathan also can help out with developing the themes from designs. A Saratoga Springs native, Nathan graduated from Saratoga Springs High School and later obtained a BA in Computer Science from Skidmore College.

Fun Fact: Nate is an outdoors enthusiast and avid fisherman.

Graphic Designer

Jenna is our graphic designer who strives for exemplary levels of satisfaction for those she has the pleasure of working with. She uses her professional experience in the field to diligently expand and apply her knowledge of design. Her experience has constructed a diverse skill set which ultimately prepared her for the marketing world. Jenna graduated from SUNY Oneonta with a B.S. in Computer Art, where she became proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite.

Fun Fact: When Jenna isn’t spending time with her family and friends, you can catch her listening/watching True Crime documentaries.

Curtis Joseph Metcalfe,
Web Developer and Technical Support Specialists

Also known as Cujo, Curtis is an enthusiastic member of our Customer Support Team. He assists in answering the phones, implementing content updates and developing website themes.  Born and raised in Schenectady, NY, Curtis attended Clarkson University before transferring to SUNY Potsdam where he graduated with a B.A. in Communications.

Fun Fact: Cujo loves playing musical instruments and watching hockey. He was able to join his hobbies while in the Clarkson University Pep Band. Today, he is an active member of the Clarkson University Pep Band Alumni Association.

Nancy’s primary focus at IMC is content creation. Nancy is a graduate of Hamilton College where she majored in English and minored in Fine Arts.  Her entire family is professionally involved in the arts, spanning a variety of disciplines.

Nancy’s marketing background includes employment in both the private and non-profit sectors.  She held previous positions as the Director of Advertising for a small manufacturing company, Communications Director for Duchess County Arts Council, Community Relations Coordinator for Literacy NENY, and most recently as a freelance marketing consultant and small business strategist.  You may also recognize her as the former Chef/Owner of Good Morning Café.

Fun Fact: When Nancy is not at work or spending time with her husband and perfect rescue dog, Grace Louise, she is in the kitchen cooking without a recipe!
