An active and growing division of St. Peter’s Health Partners, Community Health Programs is focused on collaborating with, and serving the greater community through grant funded initiatives. Their updated website needed to appeal to a variety of audiences and immediately direct them to the appropriate health/wellness program and resources. The goals achieved in the new site included improved organization, enhanced navigation, updated design and greater visual appeal and highly effective CTAs.
