WP Security -> Firewall -> Custom Rules

• check Enable Custom .htaccess Rules:
  Enter: LimitRequestBody 20240000 into Custom .htaccess Rules section
  (the first 20 is the limit, change it to 64) ex: LimitRequestBody 64240000
