Our technical team of experts is always ready to assist you with domain registration, website hosting, email and support. Keeping your website secure and current are critical to success.
Website Hosting
Websites need to be ‘hosted’ in secure data centers with 24/7 access to the internet, multiple connections to the internet, and power backups. We offer that service through our partnership with a major provider. To ensure your website never lapses, hosting accounts are automatically renewed at the prevailing rate at the end of each term. Each hosting account includes:
- One domain (i.e. yourdomain.com)
- SSL Certificate, provided by Sectigo
- 20 500MB Email mailboxes
- Unlimited Email forwarding
- 50 GB disk space and 5,000 GB data transfer per month
- Unlimited MySQL databases
- Free installation of common open source software, such as WordPress, Drupal, etc. (Customization and any special setup requests are extra)
- Automatic updates of all software to keep it secure and patch bug fixes
- Free daily backups with 30 days stored offsite in a protected Amazon cloud account
- Up to 3 websites can be hosted in the same space
We require 30 days written notice (email acceptable) of cancellation. Fees for hosting accounts will continue to accrue, even if a site is moved elsewhere and we are not notified. Hosting accounts that are more than 90 days overdue will be suspended, and your website will then be unavailable, until payment in full is received.
Domain Registration

We can register your primary domain (website address) as part of your hosting package. Additional domains are available for a small annual fee. All domains are registered with our clients as the ‘owner’ of the domain. Alternatively, if you want to register your own domain, and then give us the account information, we can re-point the domain to our servers when we launch your website.
Email Support
Email set-up and support is included and we will help configure Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail. We also can provide the necessary configuration information for use in other programs. While we will provide all the necessary information to set up an email account, unfortunately, we cannot support all available email programs. If we need to provide consulting for an alternative program, our regular consulting fees will apply.
Note: We are unable to provide support for your in-house computer and software set-ups. Should you require assistance, we will be happy to supply a list of reputable professionals.
