Uploading Large Files To Local Server – Fix Network Error

Windows Indexing Service 

1. Go to your Windows Search: Search for Services
2. Click the Services (Desktop App)
3.  In the Services window scroll to the bottom to find Windows Search
4. Click on Windows Search and then click Stop the service on the left
5. Upload your file(s)
6. After you are finished uploading, go back to the Services window and click Restart the service
